These Terms govern your use of FindMyCU (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What FindMyCU is

FindMyCU is an informational directory that helps you discover and compare credit unions and, if you choose, ask to be introduced to one. We are not a credit union, a bank, or a financial advisor, and we do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Membership eligibility, account approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by each credit union.

No guarantee of accuracy

Directory content is drawn from public NCUA records and from credit unions that manage their own listings. Rates and product details change frequently and may be out of date or contain errors. Always confirm details directly with the credit union before making a decision. Rate comparisons and calculators are estimates for general information only.

Using the Service

• Provide accurate information when you submit a form, and only submit your own information or information you're authorized to share.
• Don't misuse the Service — no scraping beyond what our published interfaces allow, no attempts to disrupt it, no unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent use, and no submitting spam or false leads.
• Reviews and other content you post must be truthful and your own; we may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

Credit union accounts

Credit unions that claim a listing agree to keep their information accurate and to use leads only to respond to the consumer's inquiry. Paid plans and add-ons are described on the pricing page and billed through our payment processor.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its original content are owned by FindMyCU. Public credit union data remains public; your content remains yours, and you grant us a license to display it as part of operating the Service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindMyCU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any interaction with a credit union you find through it.

Changes & contact
